Despite uncertainty throughout 2020, we were always on hand ensuring that sales still went through to completion and were exceptionally busy moving tenants into new properties.

Having acquired Reads Davies, we relocated across the road to their former office - a larger premises across 3 floors which is now our Head Office.

We established our in-house Marketing department with Holly Fisher joining the family business, resulting in our team growing to over 25.

Lettings Manager Chelsey and Paignton Sales Manager Mia Ramsden joined the board of directors.

We hosted our 10th anniversary celebrations with a huge summer party, albeit a year later than planned!

We acquired the lettings portfolio of Underhills in Dawlish.

Always keen to offer the ‘Comprehensive Property Service’ to our clients, we partnered with local holiday-lettings company Saltwater Escapes and independent removals company Team Removals.

The end of the year brought us our biggest national award to date, as we were recognised as the ‘South West Regional Estate Agency Of The Year’ at the highly-regarded Negotiator Awards - an accolade we are immensely proud of and one that demonstrates our ongoing commitment to delivering the best possible service and our team’s hard work.

Through a series of difficult (and fun!) physical challenges, our team took on the Absolute Challenge raising over £5000 for Rowcroft Hospice and RNLI Torbay.

With our lettings portfolio continuing to expand, Natalie Cook joins us as Torbay Lettings Manager.

We hosted our first charity pub quiz, raffle and auction night in aid of Rowcroft Hospice and are proud to have raised over £4000 across the evening.

Experienced and forward-thinking agent Josh Aylott joins the Absolute team as our Paignton Sales Manager.

Our team took part in the second annual ‘Absolute Challenge’ in aid of Rowcroft Hospice and collectively completed a whopping 631 miles across the day from sunrise right up until sunset, raising over £3500 in the process!
